​Gate Management: Being physically present to open and close the main gate for vehicles and residents.

​Visitor Security: Mandatory inquiry and verification of all visitors/delivery partners before allowing entry.

​Garbage Management: Ensuring timely collection and disposal of building garbage.

​Parking Management: Keeping the parking lot organized and conducting a deep wash/clean every Sunday.

​Other building maintenance tasks as assigned from time to time.

​Requirements:

​Must be reliable, disciplined, and polite with residents.

​Mandatory: Aadhaar Card copy and Police Verification will be done before hiring.

​Looking for candidates who want to stay stable for at least 1–2 years.
