Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing

team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, building

client relationships, and contributing to the firm's growth objectives. You will be instrumental

in promoting our services, expanding our client base, and supporting strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer calls (inbound and outbound)

2. Inform customers about company products/services and offers

3. Identify customer needs and clarify information

4. Manage calls in a timely manner

5. Utilize dialler systems

Required Qualifications:

1. Graduate degree (experienced and fresher's can apply)

2. Good communication skills

3. Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.

4. Immediate joiners preferred

5. Fluency in Hindi

6. Basic knowledge of stock market (e.g., understanding of stocks, bonds, ETFs, market

trends)

7. Ability to work under pressure and handle objections smartly
