Associate Agency Development manager (AADM)

Salary upto 4 lacs per annum+incentive

Min 1 years of any field sales experience is required

Qualification-graduate (degree pass)

Age criteria-24 yrs to 38 yrs

Working days Monday to Saturday

Working time-9:30 am to 6:30 pm

2 nd Saturday & 3 rd Saturday and Sunday will be Holiday

Monthly allowances upto-5000/- based on activity

And huge incentives structure

Job role-

1- Recruitment of agents ( Such as Housewives/Retired people &Self employed business people etc )

2- Irda Licensing of agents ( Insurance regulatory development authority)

3- Joint sales calls with agents and closing business

4- Achieving Business Targets with support of agent
