Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage and expand our unsecured loan portfolio within the manufacturing industry. The role involves assessing creditworthiness, identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidates eligible for opportunities with a minimum ticket size 20 lakhs & above. Identify, target, and onboard manufacturing companies eligible for unsecured business loans. Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market conditions to evaluate loan applications. Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments for potential borrowers. Structure loan products tailored to meet the financing needs of manufacturers (working capital, expansion, equipment purchases, etc.).

Prepare and present credit proposals for approval. Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support post-disbursement. Monitor loan performance, ensure timely repayments, and follow up on delinquencies. Collaborate with credit, legal, and risk teams to ensure smooth processing. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–5 years of experience in business lending, SME/MSME loan, Business Loan, working capital, Overdraft, Cash credit, Term loan, equipment finance, commercial LAP / Mortgage Loan, Professional Loan And Supply chain Finance, Equipment Finance

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Understanding of the manufacturing sector's financing needs and risks.

Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Familiarity with lending regulations and compliance norms.

Proficiency in loan management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with NBFCs, banks, or fintech lenders.

Prior portfolio in manufacturing or industrial sector clients.

Knowledge of regional/local manufacturing hubs and ecosystems.
