For your comfort- Our rooms are equipped with AC also and we provide wifi, Water purifier, room coolers (dessert/ portable ), common washing machine and your washrooms have geysers for hot water

Cleanliness and Hygiene - Daily cleaning of rooms along with weekly cleaning of washrooms and washing machine is provided for washing your clothes.

A common kitchen is provided for cooking cool stuffs Maybe a midnight Maggie .

The rates are as follows -

Non sharing - 6500 ( single AC room)

Double sharing - 4500 (Double AC room)

Double sharing (without attached washroom) - 4000 (with AC)

Double sharing (Non AC) -4000 (with attached washroom)

Double sharing (without attached washroom) - 3500

Electricity charges are separate.

Deposit would be 2 months rent and the rent would be payable in advance.
