FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• Where is it located? It is located in Sector P 3 Greater Noida, which is close to Vanice Mall, Site IV, Knowledge Park II & III, Pari Chowk, Yatharth and Prakash Hospitals, Gautam Budh University and Kasna industrial area.

• Are boys allowed? NO. IT IS GIRLS ONLY PG/HOSTEL.

• What is the rent? All double sharing rooms. Rent is Rs 4000 per month plus fixed Rs 1000 are charged for all bills and maintenance. So total Rs 5000 is paid per person every month in adv.

•What is security money? Rs 5000 is one-time refundable security which is paid before moving into Hostel/PG. This security is refunded after one week of the hostel. Any damage or dues will be adjusted before security is paid back. NO SECURITY refund if one month notice not given.

• What about food? No meals provided. Self-cooking in a modern kitchen provided with piped gas, chulha and fridge.

. What about AC? No AC provided, however in special case AC can be given on extra charges of Rs 1500 per month plus electricity bills.

• Is non veg allowed? In Kitchen, no non veg cooking and storage is allowed. However, there is no restrictions on girls eating NON-VEG in their rooms ordering it from outside.

• How about drinks and party? Only allowed if other girls do not object and is within laws and rules of the govt. NO DRUGS at any cost.

• Are room furnished? Fully furnished rooms are provided. Furnishing includes, bed, mattress, one almirah, study table chair, fan, cooler (only in summers) and curtains.

• What are the facilities? Facilities include, Wi Fi, RO water, washing machine, fridge, once in a day daily cleaning except holidays. Routine repairs.

• How is security? Sector P 3 is a fairly developed, safe and secure gated sector with security guards and a police chowki close by. Hostel has CCTV security.

• Is transport available? Yes. Sector is well connected by all modes of transport. Auto, Uber Taxis, Rapido are available. City bus service is there from a close by bus stand. KP II metro station is only 2 Kms away. Van services to select universities and colleges are also operated by some pvt operators.

• What about market? Vanice mall and sector markets are in walking distances. Expo markets and other markets are also close by. Once in week a big local mandi is held in sector for all essential items.

• What about hospitals? Best of the hospitals are close by. Many reputed doctors stay within the sector.

• Is PG in society or house or in commercial plot? PG is in an independent three stories house. PG is in first and second floor in 6 rooms.

• Where does PG owners stay? PG is run by a snr citizen lady who with her husband stays at ground floor.

• How is the atmosphere? A homely atmosphere is provided. Girls who do not conduct themselves respecting each other as civilised persons or don't keep PG clean are either not given PG or asked to leave.

• Who can visit? Close female family members can visit inside hostel after informing. No male member of the family is allowed entry inside.

• Can friends visit? Only female friends can visit inside. NO ENTRY OF BOYS.

• Is hostel locked at night. Hostel has digital access control system which remains locked from 10 PM to 6 AM. However, girls working in night shifts in jobs can move in and out making use of digital signatures. If PG locked then keys are kept at central place.

• Is it student only PG? No working girls also stay. Both students and working girls stay.

• Is there any lock in period. Yes. For 6 months.

• Is there any notice period for vacating PG? Yes one month's notice is required. If not given security money will not be refunded.

• Is there any dress code? NO. Girls are free to wear as they like but within social norms and restrictions as put by Govt and laws.

Is rent fixed? Yes. Rent & security money is fixed.
