Responsibilities for healthcare sales
Prospects, make appointments with, and sells to key decision-makers/Ad
Identifies and secures appointments with key-decision makers
Trainings for distributor, dental professionals
Achieving all sales quotas and attaining of all KPI's
Capturing, assessing and reporting on market developments, opinion leaders, trends, competitors' activities or any relevant activity in the dental filed
Employee recruiting, development, staffing, motivation and recognition
Meet and exceed assigned revenue quota expectations on a quarterly and annual basis
Deliver consistent, quarterly results and year over year growth
Maintain and execute a proactive personnel management plan with the resources in the assigned region
Leverage a well thought out Opportunity and Territory Management plan to rapidly develop territories into revenue contribution and rapidly move opportunities through the pipeline
Qualifications for healthcare sales
Able to function well in a dynamic environment
Ability to be flexible in working hours and traveling
Associates degree from an accredited college or university required with major course work in business administration or a similar field
Minimum 2 years operations, sales, customer service, business administration or health care required
Minimum 1 years of supervisory or lead experience preferred
Past work experience in a sales-related position
