Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile SRM cum CRM Executive who can manage client relationships while also handling our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer interaction and digital engagement, ensuring both business growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Coordinate between departments to ensure high client satisfaction
Handle customer queries, feedback, and communications effectively
Manage the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create, schedule, and monitor content across platforms to boost engagement
Track leads, conversions, and customer interactions using CRM tools
Prepare performance reports for both CRM and social media campaigns
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM/SRM roles
Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management
Proficiency in CRM tools and social media platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content
Strong analytical and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Any bachelor degree.
Experience in customer service management and social media management min 1 year
Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus
