ROLE- Operations Manager/Executive.

LOCATION- Zuarinagar, (near Goa Dabolim Airport 4km from Airport),

SHOP CUM SHOWROOM for Rent A Bike & Used Two wheeler Sales.

TYPE OF JOB- Contract. Monthly payment. CATEGORY- semi skilled. Casual.

NOTICE PERIOD- 2 weeks / 14 days. If you resign you will need to serve for 2 weeks after that or you will loose the last month's pay or if we ask you to leave we will give you two weeks pay or your last day will be 2 weeks later. UNLESS we ask you to leave a) if your Police verification failed or

b) if you drink/use Drugs and drive or at work

c) or misbehave with customer/company owner / supervisor or disobey instruction

d) Steal money or Clients

e) Tamper with CCTV or WIFI. (In those extreme cases it will be immediate termination without notice period pay.)

f) Misuse of customer pictures or videos of ID card or information.

g) Absentism or coming late to work.

h) Not listening to instructions.

There will be No leave for whatsoever reason in the first 6 Months of joining.

WORK DESCRIPTION -Sitting at Reception, giving and taking bikes back, shop upkeep and maintenence, bike and scooter cleaning and maintenence & Two wheeler riding. Mechanical knowledge of Acitva scooter & Royal Enfield motorcycles is helpful. Passion of motorcycles and motorcycling is very welcome. English speaking and understanding required as international tourists and Domestic tourists both come. Three main responsibilities.

1. Give & take back two wheelers

2. Daily clean & Maintain two wheelers & shop/showroom.

3. Paperwork. PUC, insurance license renewals. Customer detail backups.

Pleasant and good behavior positive attitude needed.

For regular candidates.-15,000 per month. For Graduates & Automobile diploma holders and Very deserving candidates we offer Rs.5,000 monthly performance bonus extra to make salary Rs.20,000. This Rs. 5,000 a month performsnce linked education bonus is paid together after 12 months of training period ONLY if you continue uninterrupted (unplanned off days and poor performance and will decrease this and increase the training period) good performance service for 12 months thereafter its given every 12 months) Salary will always be credited in your bank account on time on the last day of the month without fail.

For Learner License or non gear Driving License holder only or trainees - helper job at Rs.9,000 per month.

JOINING DOCUMENTS- Two wheeler with gear Driving license is a MANDATORY. PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) Goa Police verification is a MANDATORY at Goa since this work is in the tourist industry. Two references from your locality/ family/ previous workplace is a MANDATORY.

Graduate /automobile diploma is desired however minimum requirement is 10th pass.

JOB TIMING:9.5hrs 10am to 10pm with lunch break of 1.5hrs (1 30 to 3pm) & tea break (1hr) (7 to 8pm).

Weekly off: 1 day on a WEEKDAY (usually Tuesday) NOT Weekend (it's tourism business and weekends are BUSY). Weekdays are less busy.

EXTRAS & INCOME- Customer directly gives Pick up & drop fees, late night fees, early morniing fees & tips. Those are completely yours. We will sponsor your Accident insurance after you continue uninterrupted service for 3 months,
