Job role and responsibilities –
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
Maintaining day to day meetings schedule.
Arranging client meets.
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Handling corporate calls.
Represent the Director professionally in client interactions and external engagements.
Traveling to different cities for work coordination.
Scheduling travel dates.
Follow up calls/meetings.
Database management.
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Organizing events and conferences
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Intra city travelling if required.
Age-Any.
Location - Ahmedabad.
Salary - Rs 35k to 85k+Incentives+travelling allowance.
