Job Title: Marketing Executive – Real Estate (Field Work)
SALARY + INCENTIVE BASED
Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Marketing Executive to handle field marketing activities for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets through direct customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to promote real estate projects and generate leads.
Identify potential customers through cold calls, door-to-door marketing, and networking.
Meet clients, explain project details, and arrange property/site visits.
Maintain strong follow-up with prospective buyers until deal closure.
Distribute marketing materials and participate in outdoor promotional activities.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Collect market insights and competitor information from the field.
Qualifications:
Minimum: Graduate or Diploma in any field (MBA in Marketing preferred).
Experience in real estate field sales/marketing is an advantage.
Must be willing to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Skills Required:
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Confidence in approaching and engaging with customers.
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently in the field.
