We are hiring reliable and energetic individuals to join our warehouse operations team. Openings are available for both freshers and experienced candidates in key operational roles.

Open Positions in Warehouse Operations:

* Inbound & Outbound Handling

* Order Picking & Packing

* Barcode Scanning & Billing

* Inventory & Stock Management

* Dispatch Coordination

* Sorting & Segregation

* Loading & Unloading (Manual and Pallet-based)

* System Entry (Basic Computer/Data Entry Skills)

Shift & Work Schedule:

* 8-Hours Duty (General / Rotational Shifts)

* 6 Days Working per Week

* 1 Weekly Off (Rotational)

* 2 Monthly Leaves (1 Paid Leave + 1 Sick Leave)

Candidate Requirements:

* Age: 18 to 40 years

* Gender: Male

* Qualification: Below 10th / 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Any Degree

* Computer Knowledge: Basic preferred for data entry and scanning roles

* Experience: Freshers and experienced both encouraged to apply

* Fitness: Physically fit and able to handle warehouse workload

Salary Structure & Benefits:

* Monthly Salary:₹23,000 (Take Home)

* Overtime Pay: ₹145/hour (Max 45 hours/month)

* Night Shift Allowance: ₹120 per night (applicable for night duties)

* Referral Bonus: ₹1,000 (post successful joining of referral)

* Salary Review: Performance-based increments every 6 months
