We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT support executive to join our growing technical team. The candidate will be responsible for handling desktop support, networking, hardware troubleshooting, software installation, customer technical support, and basic server/network maintenance.

Required Skills

Knowledge of Windows OS and basic Linux

Networking fundamentals (IP, Router, Switch, LAN/WAN)

Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance

Printer and peripheral support

Basic server and cloud knowledge preferred

Good communication and customer handling skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / ITI in IT, Computer Science, or related field
