What You’ll Do…..

Communicate with customers via chat to resolve queries effectively(Training will be provided).

Train the customer on using our software/hardware products(will provide necessary training)

Someone who enjoys talking to people and can explain complex issues in a clear, simple way.

Strong customer-first attitude with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable under pressure.

Positive personality with a sense of humor that helps in customer interactions.

Triage inbound queries by categorizing and prioritizing them according to predefined requirements.

Upon satisfactory completion of technical training period, regularise to full time employment with appropriate salary hike and applicable benefits.
