Responsible for supervising daily cleaning operations, managing staff at client sites, and ensuring timely transportation of workers, materials, and equipment. Acts as the link between management and on-site teams to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive company vehicle to transport staff, materials, and equipment safely to job sites.

Supervise cleaning staff, assign tasks, and ensure completion as per company standards.

Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of staff on-site.

Coordinate with management regarding schedules, client requirements, and daily reports.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and vehicles.

Handle minor client concerns and escalate major issues to management.

Maintain logbooks, fuel usage, and vehicle upkeep.

Requirements:

Valid driving license (LMV/Commercial as required).

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in driving and supervisory roles.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Ability to manage schedules and handle multiple tasks.

Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety practices preferred.
