Job Description:

We are hiring experienced Tourist / Cab Drivers (Ola / Uber background/ registered preferred) to join our EV-friendly driver team in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive guests safely to local sightseeing spots and outstation tourist destinations

• Handle airport / railway station transfers and package tour itineraries

• Maintain assigned vehicle’s cleanliness (interior & exterior) and ensure timely servicing / upkeep

• Assist tourists with local information, directions and luggage handling

• Ensure punctual pickups and drop-offs as per trip schedules

• Coordinate with operations team for routing, shift duty and outstation trips

• Flexible to work on weekends / public holidays as required for tourism season demand

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid LMV (car) and two-wheeler driving licence – badge licence preferred

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as Uber / Ola / tourist taxi driver with good rating history

• Familiar with routes in Kochi, Kerala highways and popular tourist circuits (Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey, etc.)

• Basic English and Malayalam communication skills (Hindi/Tamil is an advantage)

• Polite customer-service attitude and ability to handle guest interactions

• Preferably below 40 years of age, healthy and physically fit

• Basic smartphone handling and WhatsApp / Google Maps knowledge

• Willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and outstation trips

Job Type & Benefits:

• Job Type: Full-Time, On-site – Based at Aluva, Kochi

• Employment: Permanent (Direct Employer)

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience) + Food & Accommodation provided

• Employer-maintained vehicles – includes EV sedans / SUVs and regular tourist taxis

• Uniform, meals and lodging provided for out-station candidates
