Responsibilities

Pick up grocery orders from the store/warehouse.

Safely deliver groceries to customers on time.

Verify customer details before handing over the order.

Handle cash/card/UPI payments (if applicable).

Maintain good communication and customer service during deliveries.

Follow traffic rules and ensure road safety.

Report to the supervisor for daily updates.

Requirements

Age: 18 years and above.

Must have a valid Driving License (for bike/scooter delivery).

Own a two-wheeler with valid RC, insurance, and pollution certificate (preferred).

Basic knowledge of smartphone apps for order tracking.

Physically fit and willing to travel within the city.

Punctual, reliable, and customer-friendly attitude.
