Responsibilities

1. Pick up groceries: Collect groceries from our warehouse or store and load them into the delivery vehicle.

2. Plan delivery routes: Plan the most efficient delivery route to ensure timely delivery to customers.

3. Deliver groceries: Deliver groceries to customers at their doorstep, ensuring that orders are accurate and complete.

4. Handle customer interactions: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.

5. Maintain vehicle: Ensure that the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled at all times.

6. Use technology: Utilize our mobile app or other technology to manage deliveries, track routes, and communicate with customers.

7. Meet delivery targets: Meet or exceed delivery targets, ensuring that customers receive their groceries within the promised timeframe.

Requirements

1. Age: 18-40 years old

2. Education: High school diploma or equivalent

3. License: Valid driver's license

4. Vehicle: Reliable vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler)

5. Physical ability: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy grocery bags

6. Communication skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills

7. Time management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

8. Navigation skills: Familiarity with local roads and navigation skills
