Job Summary

We're seeking reliable and efficient Grocery Delivery Boys to join our team. As a Grocery Delivery Boy, you'll deliver groceries to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pick & Load: Collect groceries from warehouse/store and load them into delivery vehicle.

2. Route Planning: Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely delivery.

3. Delivery: Deliver groceries to customers at their doorstep.

4. Customer Interaction: Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback.

5. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled.

6. Tech Savvy: Use mobile app/technology for delivery management, navigation, and communication.

Requirements

1. Age: 18-40 years

2. Education: High school diploma/equivalent

3. License: Valid driver's license

4. Vehicle: Reliable 2/4 wheeler

5. Physical Ability: Lift/carry heavy bags (up to 25 kg)

6. Communication: Good communication, navigation, and interpersonal skills

Working Hours

Flexible hours, including:

- Evening shifts (5 pm - 10 pm)

- Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)

- Holiday shifts (as required)
