Job Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver parcels, food, or groceries to customers on time.

Verify orders before delivery and ensure correct items are delivered.

Maintain customer satisfaction through professional and polite behavior.

Handle cash/UPI payments and collect proof of delivery if required.

Follow traffic rules and ensure safe driving at all times.

Maintain delivery bag and mobile application in working condition.

Requirements:

Must have a valid Driving License and Two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter).

Must own a smartphone with internet connection.

Basic knowledge of navigation using Google Maps.

Good communication skills and polite behavior with customers.

Physically fit and able to lift small/medium packages.
