5. Job Purpose

To deliver products to customers safely, accurately, and on time, while maintaining excellent customer service and following all company and traffic rules.

6. Key Responsibilities

Pick up orders from the hub/store and deliver them to customers.

Ensure timely and correct delivery of items.

Verify customer details and collect signatures upon delivery.

Handle Cash on Delivery (COD) and digital payment settlements responsibly.

Update delivery status using the mobile application.

Follow designated routes and daily schedules.

Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.

Report issues like wrong addresses, payment problems, or customer complaints.

Handle fragile or perishable items with care.

Provide polite and professional customer service.

7. Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass

Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license

Own vehicle preferred (as per company policy)

Able to use smartphone & navigation apps (Google Maps)

Physically fit to lift packages up to 10–25 kg
