Job Summary:

Rapido is India’s leading bike taxi platform that connects riders with passengers looking for fast and affordable transportation. As a Rapido Bike Rider (also known as a "Captain"), you will provide two-wheeler rides to customers via the Rapido mobile app. You must own a smartphone, a valid driving license, and a two-wheeler.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up and drop off customers to their destinations using the Rapido app.

Ensure safe and timely transportation.

Maintain good communication and polite behavior with passengers.

Follow traffic rules and safety protocols at all times.

Keep your vehicle clean and in good condition.

Use the Rapido app effectively to accept rides and navigate routes.

Handle cash or digital payments as per company policy (if applicable).

Eligibility Criteria:

Must be 18 years or older.

Own a two-wheeler (bike or scooter).

Valid Driving License (DL).

Registration Certificate (RC) of the vehicle.

Vehicle Insurance.

PAN Card & Aadhaar Card.

Smartphone with internet access.

Skills & Requirements:

Basic knowledge of using mobile apps and maps (Google Maps).

Good communication skills in local language.

Customer-oriented attitude.

Physically fit and alert.
