Job Title: Grocery Delivery Boy

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Grocery Delivery Boy to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering groceries to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pick up groceries: Collect groceries from stores, warehouses, or distribution centers.

2. Load and unload: Load groceries into the delivery vehicle and unload them at the customer's location.

3. Navigate routes: Use GPS navigation and maps to plan the most efficient delivery routes.

4. Deliver groceries: Deliver groceries to customers at their homes, offices, or other designated locations.

5. Handle customer service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.

6. Maintain vehicle: Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled.

7. Track deliveries: Use a delivery app or software to track deliveries, update delivery status, and communicate with customers.

8. Work efficiently: Meet delivery deadlines, work efficiently, and manage time effectively.

9. Follow safety protocols: Follow all safety protocols, including wearing a helmet, following traffic laws, and being aware of surroundings.

Requirements:

1. Age: 18 years or older (25+ years preferred)

2. License: Valid driver's license (two-wheeler or four-wheeler)

3. Vehicle: Reliable vehicle (bike, scooter, car)

4. Insurance: Valid insurance coverage

5. Physical ability: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy grocery bags

6. Communication skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills

7. Navigation skills: Ability to navigate using GPS and maps

8. Time management: Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively

9. Safety awareness: Ability to follow safety protocols and be aware of surroundings
