* Traditional Maharashtrian cuisine,thambda,pandra rassa,kala mutton/chicken

* Malvani seafood

* Kolhapuri style gravies

* Coastal masalas

* Fire & charcoal cooking

The chef will lead the complete kitchen operation of Jango’z and maintain authentic regional taste with modern presentation standards.
