To followup on the monthly charges and electricity bill collections with our paying guest inmates

To cross verify (office procedures) with the Deposits and ID and Signature proofs in term sheets and approve the same

To contra check the receipts with the bank statements and make complete statement of rents and electricity and other charges.

To Issues receipts to the customers

To collect various Data from the inmates/ customers via phone / physical interaction for accounting purpose

To maintain cash statement on expense on daily basis

To get approval on the expenses from the management and cross verify the bills with 3rd party vendors when required

To calculate refunds for the inmates /customers.

To visit the Service apartment / PG and maintain a good relationship with our inmates during the monthly package and electricity charges collections.

To maintain cash register and keys register in office and in the Service apartment / PG as per the given formats

To Keep a close watch on the stay per extending beyond the deposit made by the inmates

To do all the Followups and Take Action points on the regular business process

Exit form procedures to asses the damages

To maintain all the online and offline purchases in different files based on the project /apartment wise etc.

Create EOD work sheets on various items for internal staff and process and coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal staff.

Oversee civil purchases for setup work and coordinate payment cycles.

Maintain WhatsApp groups, Excel sheets for collections, occupancy, and complaints.

To Maintain the damages if any in the Pg and provide estimates for the repair works along with the service providers and write the Debit notes to the inmates and follow the procedures accordingly

To provide various Reports for Inventory and loss of Inventory to the marketing department for analytical and Inventory filings.

To Project Estimated next month cashflow and on hand Liquidity, Loss on notice period for cashflow.

To Maintain the followups and perform Action points on 7pm Cash statements and so daily payments to the vendors and service providers after MD approvals

To Physically visit Bank or mutual fund offices and CA office whenever required.

To present various Cheques of mutual fund and or dividend and do book keeping of the same of company and family members.

To Maintain IT files and other related records of Internal Family business and individual records.

To Maintain construction related payment and cashflow in separate accounting files both in Tally and in Physical files based on the project.

To calculate the Petrol Expenses of all the staff members on daily or weekly basis and settle the same.

The candidate must proactively follow up with banks and mutual fund, companies regarding any pending deposit or claim settlements.

To coordinate with various vendors and identify new vendors over telephone when the project works are ongoing and to get the best competitive pricing for purchase related decision both online and offline purchases.

Skills:

Aspiration to learn new things and apply new ideas.

No mind blocks on any work related matters.

Proficient in Tally prime, Excel,Well versed with MS Word, Excel formula is an added advantage, Power point is an added advantage.

Traits: CAN-DO attitude.

Knowledge of Tamil and English is preferred, Hindi is added advantage.

Capability to coordinate with outside vendors or team to get things done.

Highly Motivated and Self Disciplined.

Must have Excellent Communication Skills in English.

Convincing Skills while speaking with Customers.

Attitude to work late evenings as per clients requirement
