Upgrading to a new car, and it's genuinely a tough call to let this one go. The Compass has been an excellent companion and I'm only selling because I'm moving to something new.

Ownership Experience

Three-plus years and 65,000 km in, and this Compass has given me an excellent ownership experience with no major issues. The 4x4 Selec-Terrain system has been a genuine confidence booster on wet roads and light off-road stretches — this isn't a badge-only 4x4, it actually does the job when you need it. The 2.0L diesel engine still feels strong and refined for its age, and the automatic gearbox has been smooth throughout.

Being on top of maintenance has clearly helped — brakes, tyres, and the battery have all been proactively replaced rather than run to failure, so the next owner isn't inheriting any pending work. Build quality has held up well; nothing rattles, nothing feels tired.
