Looking for a flatmate (my replacement) from Sep 01 for second bedroom with attached washroom & balcony in a 3BHK gated community (Srinivasa Signature Apartments) located in the prime location of Bellandur (opposite central mall). The building is freshly painted with ample space for car & bike parking.

The room is fully furnished and includes bed, almirah, table & sofa.

We would expect the person to be chill with occasional drinking, smoking, non-veg and partying. Other two flatmates work at NoBroker and KPMG. Location is convenient for everyone working around ORR.

Deposit: 30000

Rent: 13400 (including maintenance).

Setup Cost- 18000

Setup cost would be involved too as we have brought a few big things like utensils, tv, sofa, mixer etc.

Everything else like cook, maid, water purifier, wifi is in place. Expenses will be split equally between all 3 flatmates.
