Every flat is properly ventilated, has a small hall upon its entrance, a kitchen, 2 rooms along with an Indian and a Western toilet according to everyone's need.

AN ADVANCE, ALONG WITH A MINIMUM STAY FOR THE AGREEMENT PERIOD IS REQUIRED. ALSO, A MONTH'S NOTICE BEFORE LEAVE IS NECESSARY TO FILL IN THE VACANCY. AN 11-MONTH AGREEMENT WILL BE MADE.

AMOUNT WILL BE FORFEITED IF THE PERSON LEAVES WITHOUT NOTICE OR YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE COSTS INCURRED.

Parking of 2-wheelers within the premises is available based on the availability.

Water supply from the M. Corp, a tubewell in case of emergency, and an independent water tank for every flat is provided.

A big terrace for other needs is also available for everyone.

(6000/-) + (500/- monthly maintenance) + ELECTRICITY (extra) is the monthly rate.

6500/- is the one-time refundable/adjustable advance security deposit.
