Electrical Appliances can be controlled wirelessly using smartphone App via Bluetooth (You can modify to IoT by configuring controller as per requirement)

On left side of home there is Car parking room with shutter. Shutter can be opened or closed wirelessly

You can attach devices like light, fan, etc. as per requirement

You can use any controller like Arduino as per requirement

For car room shutter you can use Servo motor

You can use sensors like Bluetooth as per requirement
