Key Responsibilities

• Brand Management: Build, enhance, and manage brand positioning for each business line while maintaining a cohesive group identity.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across sectors to deliver integrated campaigns and measurable results.

• Digital Transformation: Drive digital marketing, CRM, and performance marketing initiatives to enhance reach, engagement, and ROI.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities, emerging trends, and areas for differentiation.

• Budget Management: Plan and manage the overall marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and optimization of marketing spend.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business unit heads, product teams, and external agencies to align marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within diversified or multi-sector organizations.

• Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.

• Strong grasp of digital marketing, analytics, and modern martech tools.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
