Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Executive to expand our retail network by acquiring new retail stores and promoting our range of pet products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential retail partners, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and approach retail stores, pet shops, supermarkets, and other potential sales outlets.

* Generate new business opportunities and onboard new retail partners.

* Present and promote the company’s pet product portfolio to retailers.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing retail clients to ensure repeat business.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection.

* Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.

* Coordinate with the internal operations and distribution teams for timely deliveries.

* Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

* Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred not mandatory

* 0-1 years of experience in field sales, retail acquisition, FMCG, or pet products sales.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

* Willingness to travel extensively for market visits.

* Knowledge of the pet care industry is an added advantage.
