- Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers to upsell/cross-sell our products/services.
- Build rapport with potential customers, identify their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our CRM system.
