We are looking for a responsible, hardworking Head Caretaker to manage daily operations at a premium homestay in Coorg.

Job Role

Supervise all staff duties (cleaning, rooms, common areas).

Ensure rooms are guest-ready at all times.

Coordinate food orders with partner kitchen.

Handle guests politely and professionally.

Maintain discipline, duty timings & work quality.

Report directly to the owner

Lead by example (hands-on when required)

Work Type

Hospitality industry (work as per guest requirements)

One common shift (no night or split shifts)

Leadership + supervision role (not a sitting job)

Who Can Apply

Experienced caretakers / homestay supervisors

Mature, disciplined, problem-solvers

North-East families preferred (husband & wife welcome)

Must stay on property

Able to manage staff without complaints.
