Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and efficient Office Secretary to manage our day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, ensure smooth office operations, and provide support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
Maintain files, records, and documentation in an organized manner
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
Greet visitors and provide general administrative support
Prepare reports, presentations, and data as required
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Key Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Time management and organizational abilities
Strong attention to detail

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
Diploma in Secretarial Practice or Office Management is a plus
