Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and efficient Grocery Delivery Boys to join our team. As a Grocery Delivery Boy, you will be responsible for delivering groceries to customers in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:

1. Pick up groceries from the store or warehouse and deliver them to customers' homes or offices.

2. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of groceries, following the delivery schedule and route.

3. Handle customer transactions, including collecting payments and providing receipts.

4. Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

5. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring all groceries are securely stored during transport.

6. Follow all safety protocols and procedures when handling groceries and interacting with customers.

7. Work efficiently to meet delivery deadlines, managing multiple deliveries in a single route.

8. Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and other team members to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Requirements:

1. Age: 18 years or above

2. Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy groceries

3. Valid driver's license (if applicable)

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

6. Basic knowledge of local roads and navigation

7. Reliable transportation (if not provided by the company)
