1. What is the OLX BechDe Days Contest?

The OLX BechDe Days Contest is a special campaign organized by OLX India from 15th September 2025 (00:00 hrs) to 17th September 2025 (23:59 hrs). Eligible users who participate stand a chance to win exciting prizes.

2. Who can participate in the Contest?

To be eligible:

• You must be a subscribed user of the OLX Platform.
• You must be an Indian citizen.
• You must not be a resident of Tamil Nadu.
• You must not be an employee of OLX India.
• You must create at least one listing on OLX during the Contest Period.

3. How do I participate?

1. Create a valid listing on OLX between 15th and 17th September 2025.
2. Eligible users will receive a quiz/questionnaire through push notification/WhatsApp message after each day’s window closure.
3. Winners will be chosen randomly from eligible entries by OLX’s panel of judges.

4. What are the prizes?

• 5 winners will be selected each day (a total of 15 winners across 3 days).
• Each winner will receive a Sony Headphone.
• Prizes exceeding ₹10,000 will be subject to TDS @ 31.2%, payable by the winner before receiving the prize.

5. How and when will winners be announced?

• Winners will be announced within 48–72 hours of participation.
• Winners will be notified via call, WhatsApp, or SMS on their registered contact number.

6. How will I receive my prize?

• Winners must provide valid ID proof for verification.
• Upon confirmation, the prize will be dispatched within 30 days.

7. Will OLX contact me for promotions after the Contest?

Yes. By participating, you agree that OLX may contact you for:

• Announcing contest results.
• Promotional or advertising communications about OLX products and services.

8. Can I be disqualified?

Yes, OLX may disqualify you if:

• You provide false, misleading, or incomplete details.
• You attempt fraud (e.g., fake or duplicate profiles).
• Your submissions violate OLX’s content guidelines (offensive, unlawful, defamatory, etc.).

9. Is the Contest sponsored by social media platforms?

No. This Contest is organized solely by OLX India and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any other social media platform.

10. What if the Contest is cancelled or modified?

OLX reserves the right to extend, modify, withdraw, or cancel the Contest at its sole discretion, including due to regulatory changes, force majeure events, or business needs.

11. Which law governs this Contest?

The Contest is governed by the laws of India, and courts in Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
