Perform a warm-up of 5 -10 minutes to prepare your muscles prior to using the SPOT
Don't play or swing,hang upside down on the sling. DO NOT use the SPOT on glass doors, sliding doors or any lightweight doors.
Make sure to use a strong and secure anchoring point that can fully support your body weight.The anchoring point must allow the Sling to safely attach without causing any quick and excessive wear to it.
For safety, make sure the floor surface you will be performing the exercises on is not wet or slippery.
