Customer Service Executives are required to answer incoming calls from customers for various reasons- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information. Almost all sectors and industries need customer service executives to handle queries and complaints from their customers.

Job Role and Responsibilities

Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity

Major Call Queue is related to Internet connectivity, billing, modem & transfer of services.
