In an effort to make governance in Palava more participative, a ‘Smart citizen feedback’ system was recently launched in Palava. Now, citizens can give real time feedback on city services via LCD touch screens and QR codes installed at multiple locations in the city. Till now we have received more than more than 3000 responses from citizens for our clubhouses and internal bus service. Based on the feedback received, various initiatives have been identified to further improve city services and improve customer satisfaction.
Palava is all about giving back to nature. With intelligent design and green spaces, it offers a healthier atmosphere for its citizens. Also, multiple sustainability initiatives and drives have helped improve the general quality of life.
