AADM - Associate Agency Development manager

Salary upto 4 lacs per annum+incentive ( 25-30% hike on your last CTC)

This is a Onrole job

Min 1 years of any field sales experience is required.

Qualification - graduate (degree pass)

Age criteria : 24 to 38 years

Working days : Monday to Saturday

Working time : 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

(2nd Saturday & 3rd Saturday and Sunday will be Holiday)

Monthly allowances upto - 5000/- (based on activity)

And huge incentives structure

Job role :

1- Recruitment of agents ( Such as Housewives/Retired people &Self employed business people etc )

2- Irda Licensing of agents ( Insurance regulatory development authority)

3- Joint sales calls with agents and closing business

4- Achieving Business Targets with support of agent

5- field activity on meetings
