Job Description – Trainer

We are looking for experienced Trainers who are passionate about teaching and mentoring students in their area of expertise. The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured training sessions, guiding learners through real-time projects, and preparing them for industry roles.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and deliver interactive training sessions (online/offline)

Create training materials, assignments, and case studies

Provide hands-on practical exposure through real-time projects

Assess learners’ progress and provide feedback for improvement

Stay updated with the latest industry trends & technologies

Mentor students for career readiness and placements

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of industry or training experience

Strong expertise in the relevant domain (Data Analytics, Full Stack, Software Testing, DevOps, Digital Marketing, etc.)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners

Passion for teaching and knowledge sharing

Key Skills (depending on domain):

Data Analytics: Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau

Full Stack: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB/SQL

Software Testing: Manual Testing, Selenium, Automation Tools

DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Jenkins, Ansible
