Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and punctual Delivery Boy to deliver products to our customers. The candidate should be responsible for delivering items safely and on time while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up items from the warehouse/vendor and deliver them to the customers at given addresses.

Ensure timely and safe delivery of products.

Collect payment if required (COD - Cash on Delivery).

Handle products with care and follow handling guidelines.

Verify the recipient's identity and obtain signatures when required.

Communicate with dispatch team or support center in case of delays, wrong addresses, or issues.

Follow traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.

Maintain records of deliveries and payments.

Return undelivered packages or payments to the office, if applicable.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.

Must have a valid driving license (Two-wheeler license if using bike/scooter).

Own a two-wheeler (if applicable) with proper documents (RC, insurance, PUC).

Good knowledge of local routes and areas.

Smartphone with basic knowledge of using delivery apps (GPS, communication tools).

Physically fit and able to lift packages (if needed).

Punctual, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude.
