Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Food Delivery Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering food orders accurately, on time, and in excellent condition. As the face of our business, you will ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up food orders from restaurants or central kitchen.

Safely transport and deliver food to customers' locations in a timely manner.

Confirm delivery details with customers and collect payment (if required).

Handle food packages with care to prevent damage or spillage.

Maintain communication with dispatchers, restaurant staff, and customers.

Follow traffic laws and safety guidelines at all times.

Keep the delivery vehicle/bike clean and in good working condition.

Report any issues or delays to supervisors immediately.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license or delivery permit (as per local regulations).

Own a bike/scooter (preferred but not mandatory, depending on the company).

Good knowledge of local roads and routes.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic smartphone operation knowledge (to use delivery apps or GPS).

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in food delivery or courier services.
