: Build the Servers and Desktops/laptops as per TTS Standards
: Prepares systems documentation following TTS Standards.
: Is available, when on:call, to participate in recovery or emergency situations.
: Tracks time and fulfills required status reporting requirements.
: Ability to work and execute independently once given direction
: Strong analytical skills
: Demonstrated ability to learn in a production environment
: Implementing system solutions into production environments
: Using technology tools and utilities for daily execution of operational duties

: Participating in recovery or emergency situations through monitoring the problem management tool

: Troubleshooting problems and recording details in the problem management tool

: Infrastructure
: responsible for infrastructure platform break/fix support; growing responsibility for solving problems.
: Demonstrates basic infrastructure technical business and financial knowledge.
: Support
: Monitors the problem management tool.
: Troubleshoots defined problems and records details in the problem management tool.
: Participates in creating fixes for problems and implementation of those fixes.
: Works with clients to resolve reoccurring, defined technology problems.
: Understands and uses TTS processes throughout entire turnover and support process.
: Works with clients to resolve their technology problems and perform root cause analysis.
: Helps evaluate supportability of projects prior to and during the turnover process.
: Work on RFC work orders through HP Service Desk tool

Requirements

: Graduate degree or equivalent IT experience
: At least four years of applicable technology experience
: Good verbal and written communication skills
: Functions as an effective member of a team by modeling teamwork and team effectiveness
: Ability to learn new skills and technologies
: Effectively organizes and executes a demanding workload
: Understands the implication work assignments have on multiple pieces
