Sr. Manager/Manager -M.Tech Team - India

Will be responsible for managing daily manufacturing assistance for upstream of bulk antigen manufacturing. Provide leadership to direct others in solving problems.
Ensures conformity and accuracy of current and new manufacturing / production processes.Implements continuous process improvement/robustness y manufacturing data analysis
Ensures the transfer of processes from R&D/IO to IO (industrial operations) at Shantha.
Ensures scale-up strategy for upstream activity.



Desired Candidate Profile:
 

Must have hands on experience in both large scale upstream (fermentation, purification and primary downstream) in cGMP environment,
handling scale-up projects for vaccine biological, process validation and process equipment qualification.
Problem solving ability, negotiation power, Regulatory understanding, Health and safety requirements.
