job Description:
 
Position                               : Sr. Technical Recruiter
Experience level              : 3 to 5 years
Location                               : Brigade Software Park, Banashankari 2nd Stage, Bangalore
 
Responsibilities

Should have proven headhunting record.
Involved in end to end recruitment lifecycle.
Detailed analysis of the JD – to understand the client's requirement thoroughly.
Sourcing and screening of valid profiles.
Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for interview and ensuring following up.
Candidate Selection, offer negotiation and follow up with joining to ensure the onboardings.
Aligned closely with the TL and Managers.
Understanding of their respective client’s process.
Handling various requirements simultaneously.
Taking ownership of handling walk-ins.
Maintains own database

 
Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for smart and dynamic candidates with target oriented approach, who are willing to take challenges.
Should have worked for product development companies (mandatory).
Should have worked on domain specific requirements.
Good performance track record.
Should be excellent team player as well as individual contributor.
