job Description Role and Responsibilities

: Maintain the integrity of customer data through documented master data management processes

: Review data quality reports to determine if matched records should be merged, linked, or left alone

: Identify errors in data quality matching logic and recommend updates to the Data Quality Review board

: Review and update records to assure high confidence linkage to reference data sources and hierarchies for territory assignment, lead routing and business intelligence applications

: Update source records as needed based on documented data maintenance processes

: Provide Manual data manipulation and transformations based on documented processes to support corporate reporting requirements

: Perform the Data Analysis activity to support Data Conversion, Data Cleansing and Data Migration across all the departments

: Work with business counterparts to identify demand / needs and prioritize

: Work cross:functionally with other teams for resolving issues

: Ability to interpret data to derive root cause assessment

: Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule.

: Develop, document, and maintain data quality goals and standards.

: End to End process flow documentation

: Business Process documentation

: Presentation skills: Should be able to create materials and facilitate meetings with business groups, senior level management and above.

: Should have exhibited accountability, ownership and decision making capabilities

: Examine and profile datasets for metrics, reporting, projects

: Create and Provide metrics and reporting (both adhoc and repetitive) to support data management programs and Data Governance

: Make recommendations for data quality improvements including process changes, data cleansing and integrity rule updates
