Solution Architect - India

Candidate should have 8 to 12 Yrs of experience in the industry with at least 3 years in the role of a solution/technical architect
Understanding business objectives, drivers and principles preferably with exposure to Banking and Financial services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare domains.
Experience in working directly with customer technology/IT teams with ability to communicate with senior management in IT and business
Strong background in architecture and solution design involving enterprise building blocks -  BPM/Workflow solutions…i.e. IBM Lombardi, IBM MQ Workflow, K2 .Net, Bonita soft, Appian, Intalio
Exposure to Cloud enablement and cloud based delivery strategies, Enterprise Solutions.
Exposure to IBM, Rational, Oracle, Microsoft and Open Source platforms/tools/frameworks but with the ability to be technology agnostic in architecting solutions
Good understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies
Experience in defining and applying technology related standards, processes and governance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to lead, persuade and negotiate
Very good analytical and reasoning skills
