Conceptualize, Plan, Design, Automate, transition & Deliver Managed services for Data center.\r\nBuild & Manage the various on-site/ off-site and remote people/ Process & Technology (will require periodic travel to monitor, review & manage distributed centers at customer locations)\r\nTechnology Selection and Organizational Build-up.\r\nFormalizing internal process to ramp-up expertise of resources in the offshore centers.\r\nComfortable in a fast-paced high-pressure rapidly evolving entrepreneurial environment.\r\nExperience in IT Outsourcing responsible for delivery OR Experience in Telco delivering Managed Services.\r\nPast experience in supporting SAP on Windows platform.\r\nAbility to work in 24*7 support.\r\n \r\nQualifications:\r\n\r\n\r\nBachelors degree in engineering (in Computer Science/ Electrical/ Electronic/ communication)\r\nKey Skills: \r\nMaximum of 15 yrs of experience out of which atleast 8+ years of Datacenter Operations & management at senior management level.\r\nExposure & experience in Managing experts/ technology in the area of:\r\n - OS / Networks / Databases / Storage / Servers / Applications / Security\r\nExposure to 3-tier Architecture Design/ Optimization & Fine-Tuning\r\nExperience in deployment of Enterprise Management systems in Complex Organizations preferably using HP or Tivoli platforms\r\nExposure & experience in Managing experts/ technology in the area of:\r\n - Mid-range RISC Systems -Sun and HP\r\n - Database- Oracle/SQL\r\n - Management Tools -HP and Tivoli\r\n - Networks -Cisco\r\n - Intel Systems -Enterprise NT/ High-end Cluster Server Farms\r\nCertification in ITIL Best practices/ Project Management Institute\r\nStrong Leadership/ Team Building/ Decision Making attribute\r\nExpertise in Defining Process & Task Distribution and ensure the implementation within the Service Delivery Organization; exposure to ITIL Best Practices is necessary\r\nExpertise in Systems & Applications Management with a minimum of 7 years in proactive management of Mission Critical Systems delivering 99.99%-99.999% plus infrastructure availability.\r\nOpen to Travel both inbound and out bound
