The candidate will be responsible for recruitments for the US market. A strong background of IT service, engineering services and IT technology will be needed to carry out recruitments. Previous experience of handling IT staffing / recruitments for clients in US or an experience of hard core recruitments in US is required.
Should have experience in end to end US IT Recruitment, contract staffing and contract to hire positions with a proven track record.
Should have experience in handling direct clients and channel partners requirements directly and through portals.
Should have excellent experience with Job portals like Dice, Monster, Social networking sites, head hunting etc to get the right profiles matching the requirements at the shortest possible time.
Should be familiar with all Tax terms (W2 Hourly, 1099, Corp to Corp).
Should have experience in understanding the Job Requirements, quickly source and select the best consultant and negotiate rates.
Should have experience in coordinating and conducting interviews and closing the requirements within specified time frame.
Should have experience in understanding different positions i.e. Developer, Tech Lead, Architect, Project manager.
Should have experience in following up with candidate till the date of joining.
Should have experience in negotiating pay rates with subcontracting companies.
Should have experience in signing vendor contact agreement.
Should be familiar with different Visa status (H1B, EAD, TN1, GC).
Should have experience in making at least 30 to 40 calls per day.
Should have understanding of USA geography and time zone
Knowledge of H1 transfer.
Should be comfortable working in night shift.
